Returns Policy

I make sure that all of my items leave me in the best possible condition and are well packaged to avoid damage en route. In the unlikely event that you aren't happy with the item when it arrives then please contact me within 7 days to arrange it's return. If you return the item because you've changed your mind then I need it to be returned to me in the condition it was sent so it can be resold. If the item isn't returned in the condition in which it was sold, I reserve the right to not refund in full.  Items must be received within 28 days of delivery to be refunded in full.

Custom designs that are made to your design can only be returned if faulty and, in general, I will replace in the first instance.

Terms and Conditions

This online store provides handmade stamps made either to our own design or to the design of the customer.  If it is our design, they are described in full on the website and we reserve the right to alter them at any time.  Stamps made to the design of a customer will always be agreed before the stamp is made.

We also supply inks and stamping accessories as detailed in their descriptions.

Payment is due at point of order and prices are detailed for each item on it's own page.

Stamps are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase as long as reasonable efforts have been made to look after it.  I will take no responsibilty for damage caused by leaving in direct sunlight, in direct heat or by using solvent based inks and not cleaning the stamp.

Items are sent via Royal Mail and timescales are based on their delivery services.  Standard delivery will take 1-2 days. Express delivery is sent Royal Mail Signed for and aims for next day delivery and requires someone to accept delivery.  Please specify any special delivery requirements at checkout.

If the customer does not complete their purchase and payment is not received then services will not be supplied.  If you do not receive your order, please contact us via the 'Contact Us' page and we will do everything we can to help.

Orders are normally fullfilled as soon as possible.  If the customer has ordered a custom stamp, this can be cancelled up to the point it is dispatched.  Custom stamps can only be refunded if faulty or we've made them incorrectly.  Please check all supplied information prior to completing checkout.  Non-personalised items can be returned up to 28 days after delivery.  Please contact us to inform us if you're returning an item.
