I have had some recent incidences of these messages going to spam so please contact me again if you don't hear from me within 3 days. I am also a one person business and do like to have some down time. I will respond as soon as I am able between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday -  Friday.

If you used guest checkout on Not On The High Street, contact me via this form (https://www.notonthehighstreet.com/contact) and be sure to include your order number. I will respond through the Not On The High Street messaging system. This is so they can stay informed of any problems/queries and can be in touch if necessary.
